One Jackson Place

One Jackson Place at 633 Battery Street is a turn-of-the-century building that is a flagship of San Francisco's Jackson Square neighborhood. Originally built as a paper company warehouse, it was converted to luxury office and retail space. The building has been extensively retrofit to preserve its historic aesthetic while implementing modern building controls and energy conservation. The building has received the BOMA TOBY Award (2015), the Governor's Design Award, and is recognized by the Landmark Preservation Advisory Board of the San Francisco Planning Commission. The building houses the Jackson Place Cafe which is often cited in San Francisco travel guides and featured in Barbary Coast walking tours.

525 BRANNAN STREET

525 Brannan Street was originally built in 1917 as a textile mill. The building was re-modeled and expanded in 1985 for the San Francisco Design Court and SF Mercantile companies. Today the building is a multi-tenant office building in the heart of the bustling South of Market (SOMA) neighborhood. The building has been extensively retrofit with modern building controls and energy savings measures. The building has received the BOMA Innovative Earth Award (2015) for its conversation efforts.
